About the event
Elizabeth Rogers voice has been compared to Joan Baez and Joni Mitchell and her music described as “transformational folk". Liz began her professional singing career at the age of nine in the children’s choruses of the Metropolitan and New York City Opera Companies, but didn’t start writing music until twenty years after that. During her long chapter in Findhorn, Scotland, Liz produced two albums of music with a notable celtic influence informed by her travels, and subsequently toured the US, Japan and Canada.
